My favorite “white”! Looks stunning against a darker stain. This paint is so easy to use, all my customers love it as well!

I chose MudPaint'sSimply White with a blend of Black and clear wax to give my old dresser. repurposed to a shelf, new personality. The hardware was a bronze and I painted it with MudPaint Newport and Smoke to compliment the wood. I then tried to mellow it out with MudPaint's White Liming wax and Dark wax! It was perfect!

This piece was an antique, my 1st antique. It was stored in my garage for many years because the drawers stuck. I decided to fix the drawers. Well, I discovered that they did not belong to the chest. So this is what I came up with and as a result, my partnership with Mudpaint! As Toby Keith would say, "How you liking me now?" Took some doing, Simple White was my paint of choice and added Black and clear wax to add distinction to the details! Then I cannot tell u which blues, grays I used for the hardware but I used the Mudpaint's liming wax to mellow down to a gray tone out! It was fun and perfect! If I could I would give you more pics. Yes, it takes getting used to using Mudpaint, but doesn't anything that is new to you?

Still using! Unfortunately, my piece is not all wood and I did not realize until I was well into the project! It has taken quite a few coats. Oh, and the parts that are wood bled!! My fault completely, I should have primed. But, all that aside, if I had used primer instead, and the fact that I am learning to use a new product, it has been lovely. Less sanding due to the smoother finish, and I question even clear coating other than the heavy traffic places. Love the true white and I thought this white was the one I would use less. It is 1/4 gone! Still working on it but I have only had MudPaint for about a week and 1/2!!!

Have yet to use, waiting to go thrifting for a mirror to white wash, but as all colors I’m sure the pigment is incredible!

Still adjusting to mud paint. Usually use ASCP. So far I love how it sands but don’t love the crackeling

Thanks for the note in, Elisa! Yes, MudPaint is thicker and richer than many other paints out there on the market – but we rarely have customers with issues..? We have compiled a flow chart here and at the end of this comment that may be helpful in application. We hope it helps! https://mudpaint.com/furniture-painting-flow-chart/
